Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services offered via the website syndicate-aussie.com (the "Website") as reviewed under the project name Syndicate. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and remain in force until amended or replaced.

  • Website: The domain syndicate-aussie.com and any associated mobile, web, or other digital interfaces through which the Syndicate brand is offered.
  • Syndicate: The commercial brand name used by the Operator for the provision and marketing of online gambling services through the Website.
  • Syndicate: The project and review designation referring to the presentation and evaluation of the Syndicate services available through syndicate-aussie.com for Australian-facing informational purposes. It does not constitute a separate legal entity or operator.
  • User or you: Any natural person who accesses, registers an account on, or otherwise uses the Website, whether or not such person places Bets or participates in Games.
  • Player: A User who has successfully registered an account, passed any required verification checks, and places real-money Bets or participates in Games using real or bonus funds.
  • Account: A personal, single, non-transferable user account created on the Website and maintained by the Operator for the purpose of enabling participation in Games.

  • Business Day: Any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in Curaçao on which banks are generally open for business.

Account Registration

Eligibility and age requirements

  • 18+ only: You may register and use an Account only if you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your country of residence, whichever is higher.
  • Legal capacity: By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
  • Jurisdictional restrictions:
    • You must not register or use an Account if you are located in, a resident of, or otherwise subject to the laws of a Restricted Jurisdiction where offshore online gambling is prohibited or where the Operator is not authorised.
    • In particular, Users physically present in Australia are advised that the services provided through syndicate-aussie.com are offered from offshore under a Curaçao licence and are not licensed by any Australian authority. ACMA has identified Syndicate-branded services as illegal offshore gambling for Australian residents and may impose blocking orders or enforcement actions.

Registration process

  • Account creation: To create an Account you must:
    • Complete the online registration form on the Website, providing full name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and any other requested information.
    • Choose a unique username and a strong password.
    • Confirm your acceptance of these Terms and all applicable policies, including the Privacy Policy and Bonus Terms.
  • Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address by clicking a verification link or entering a code sent to the email you provided. Unverified accounts may be restricted or closed.
  • Single account policy: You may hold only one Account on the Website. Creation or use of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is prohibited and may result in closure of accounts, voiding of Bets, forfeiture of Bonuses, and retention of balances where justified by anti-fraud or AML (anti-money laundering) requirements.

KYC and verification

  • Non-compliance: Failure to provide complete, accurate, and legible documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of your Account, freezing of Funds, and eventual closure, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.

User obligations

  • Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Website is true, accurate, and kept up to date. Use of false or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
  • Password security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your Account. You must:
    • Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
    • Not share your login details with any third party.
    • Immediately notify the Operator at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access.
  • Use for personal entertainment only: The Account and services are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not use the Website for professional gambling, arbitrage betting, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General betting conditions

  • Placing Bets: A Bet is deemed placed when it is accepted by the Operator's servers and reflected in your game screen and transaction history. Only Bets recorded on the Operator's systems are valid.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes:
    • Each Game has specific minimum and maximum stake limits, as displayed within the Game interface or game rules.
    • The Operator may impose additional global or Account-specific limits for risk management, AML, or responsible gambling reasons.
  • Game rules:
    • Each Game is governed by its own rules, pay tables, and random number generator (RNG) or live dealer procedures.
    • By participating, you agree to be bound by the specific rules displayed in or associated with each Game.

Bet confirmation, cancellation, and modification

  • Irreversibility of confirmed Bets: Once a Bet has been confirmed by the system and a game round has commenced, it cannot be cancelled, withdrawn, or modified by the Player.
  • Operator's right to void or adjust Bets: The Operator reserves the right, in its discretion and subject to applicable law, to void or adjust Bets, winnings, or game outcomes where:
    • A technical, software, or system error (including misconfiguration of odds, pay tables, or RNG) has occurred.
    • There is evidence of collusion, cheating, use of bots or automated tools, exploitation of bugs, or any form of fraudulent behaviour.
    • The Bet was accepted when your Account had insufficient funds, or when you were self-excluded or otherwise not entitled to gamble.
  • Disputed results: In case of discrepancy between your game screen and the Operator's records, the data stored on the Operator's servers will prevail. Game logs may be reviewed and, where applicable, provided to independent auditors or regulators.

Conduct in live casino and chats

  • Respectful behaviour: When using live casino, chat functions, or any interactive features, you must:
    • Refrain from insults, threats, discriminatory remarks, harassment, or any form of abusive language.
    • Not promote illegal activities, other gambling websites, or third-party services.
  • Prohibition of fraud and unfair practices: You must not:

  • Moderation and sanctions: The Operator may monitor chats and live interactions and may warn, mute, suspend, or permanently ban Users who violate these rules, as well as close Accounts and forfeit Bonuses in serious cases.

Bonus Terms

General bonus conditions

  • Promotional nature: Bonuses and promotions are discretionary offers granted by the Operator to eligible Players. The Operator may modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus scheme at its discretion, provided that any change does not adversely affect Bonuses already claimed in a way that is unlawful or unfair.
  • Separate terms: Each Bonus or promotion is subject to:
    • These general Bonus Terms; and
    • Specific promotional terms displayed on the Website at the time of the offer (e.g., minimum deposit, maximum winnings, eligible Games).
  • One Bonus per person: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each Bonus or promotion is limited to one per person, household, IP address, payment method, device, or shared environment (e.g., university, library, workplace).

Bonus activation and wagering requirements

  • Activation: To activate a Bonus, you may be required to:
    • Opt in via the promotions page or tick a specific box during deposit.
    • Meet a minimum qualifying deposit amount using an eligible payment method.
  • Wagering requirements:
    • Unless stated otherwise, Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

  • Irregular play: The following (among others) may be treated as Bonus abuse or irregular play:
    • Placing single or multiple Bets of disproportionately high value compared to the deposit or average stake, particularly shortly after receiving a Bonus.
    • Low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering with minimal risk.
    • Deliberately delaying game rounds, free spins, or bonus features to future sessions after meeting wagering requirements.
  • Consequences of abuse: In cases of suspected Bonus abuse, the Operator may cancel Bonuses, void bonus-derived winnings, adjust Account balances, and, in serious or repeated cases, close the Account and withhold Funds where permitted by law and licence conditions.

Combining promotions

  • No stacking by default: Unless explicitly allowed, Bonuses cannot be combined or "stacked" simultaneously. Only one active Bonus may be wagered at any given time.
  • Order of use: Real-money funds are usually wagered before Bonus funds, unless the specific promotion indicates otherwise. The precise order of fund usage will be set out in the Bonus or Wallet rules on the Website.
  • Cancellation: You may request cancellation of an active Bonus through the Website or by contacting [email protected]. Cancelling a Bonus may result in removal of remaining Bonus funds and associated winnings.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Ownership of payment methods: You may use only payment methods that are registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment instruments is prohibited and may lead to confiscation of Funds and Account closure.
  • Deposit limits and fees:
    • Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the cashier interface.
    • The Operator does not typically charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose charges or currency conversion costs, which are your sole responsibility.

Withdrawals

  • General conditions:
    • Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification and compliance checks.
    • Where possible, withdrawals will be processed via the same method used for deposit, or another method reasonably selected by the Operator in line with AML obligations.
  • Limits and processing times:
    • Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction, day, week, or month may apply and will be stated in the cashier or relevant policy.
    • The Operator endeavours to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe (for example, 0 - 72 hours on Business Days). Actual receipt of funds depends on third-party payment providers and may vary.
  • Pending and reversed withdrawals:

Refunds, chargebacks, and adjustment of Funds

  • Refunds: Bets already settled as winning or losing cannot generally be refunded. In exceptional circumstances (such as material technical errors), the Operator may:
    • Refund the stake by crediting the original amount to your Account; or
    • Re-settle the Bet based on corrected game results.
  • Chargebacks:
    • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without valid legal basis may result in immediate suspension or closure of your Account and reporting to relevant authorities or payment processors.
    • The Operator may recover any costs or losses arising from unjustified chargebacks by deducting amounts from your Account balance or pursuing legal action.
  • Bonus-related adjustments: If winnings are derived from Bets placed in breach of Bonus Terms, the Operator may void such winnings and adjust your Funds accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's obligations

  • Fairness and accuracy:
    • The Operator undertakes to provide Games that operate substantially as described and that use certified RNGs or reputable live-dealer providers where applicable.
    • The Operator will maintain reasonable internal controls and procedures to ensure accurate recording of Bets, balances, and game outcomes.
  • Service availability: The Operator will make reasonable efforts to keep the Website and Games available and functioning correctly but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Exclusions and limitations

  • Technical failures: The Operator is not liable for:

    • The amount of the Bet or Wager placed in relation to the specific Game in which the error occurred; or
    • Where no such Bet is identifiable, the amount of your net deposits to the Account during the 30 days preceding the incident, whichever is lower.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership: All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, images, audio, video, software, and underlying source code, is owned by the Operator, its affiliates, suppliers, or licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Privacy Policy: All collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data by the Operator is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the Website. By using the Website and creating an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your data as described therein.
  • Data processing: Your data may be processed for purposes including KYC, AML compliance, transaction processing, fraud prevention, customer support, marketing (where permitted), and regulatory reporting, in accordance with applicable laws and licence conditions.

Termination & Suspension

Operator's right to act

  • Grounds for suspension or closure: The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account, withhold or confiscate Funds where lawful, and restrict access to the Website in circumstances including, but not limited to:
    • Violation of these Terms, Bonus Terms, or any other policy;
    • Suspected fraud, collusion, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
    • Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC;

    • Requests or orders from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Player-initiated termination

  • Remaining Funds: Upon closure requested by you and subject to completion of KYC checks and other legal obligations, any remaining eligible real-money balance will be paid out to you, less any applicable fees or chargebacks. Bonuses and bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited on closure.

Notification and treatment of Funds

  • Notification:
    • Where legally required and feasible, the Operator will notify you by email or in-Account message of the reasons for suspension or closure, except where such disclosure is restricted by law or would prejudice an investigation.
  • Funds in terminated accounts:
    • Treatment of Funds in terminated or dormant Accounts will follow applicable laws, licence conditions, and internal policies, which may include retention for investigation, reimbursement, or transfer to authorities where legally required.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Applicable law: These Terms, your Account, and all use of the Website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
  • Primary jurisdiction:
    • Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, or termination, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao, unless otherwise required by mandatory law applicable to you as a consumer.
  • Dispute resolution:

    • If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it in accordance with any dispute resolution procedure set out on the Website or by applicable regulations or licence conditions.

    • The services are provided from offshore under a Curaçao licence and are not authorised or licensed by Australian regulators.
    • ACMA has issued public statements and blocking orders against certain Syndicate-branded websites operated by Dama N.V. as illegal offshore gambling services for Australian residents.
    • Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies you may have under mandatory provisions of Australian law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
